This article applies to ADMINISTRATORS.

Go to the Courses (dep) tab where you will see the list of all your courses and departments.

By default, the courses are set “Not Available” for every department.

!!! If you don’t set Mandatory, Recommended, or Voluntary, the course will not be available for the specific department and the Users that belong to it !!!

  • Click on the availability status of the course you want to make available in the department, and use the drop-down list to select your choice of setting.

  • After choosing your setting for the course in the department you don’t need to save it, and you can change this setting at any time in the future.
